Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vayvia (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Vayvia lets you connect social media accounts and create, schedule, and publish content to them from a single workspace. Vayvia is built on top of the open-source, AGPL-licensed Postiz project (github.com/gitroomhq/postiz-app). We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at the contact address below if you believe your account has been compromised.

When you connect a third-party social media account, you authorize Vayvia to access and act on that account on your behalf strictly within the permissions you grant during that platform’s authorization flow (for example, publishing posts or reading basic profile and engagement data). Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms of service. You can revoke Vayvia’s access at any time from the platform itself or from the Integrations page in Vayvia.

You retain all ownership rights in the posts, media, and other content you create or upload to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Vayvia a limited license to host, store, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service, including publishing it to the accounts you connect and schedule it for. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to publish it.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, distribute malware, harass others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content complies with the content policies of every platform you publish it to.

Aside from Your Content, the Service and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by Vayvia or its licensors, subject to the AGPL license governing the underlying open-source codebase. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property rights to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONNECTED PLATFORM WILL ACCEPT, PUBLISH, OR PRESERVE YOUR CONTENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAYVIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, OR PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or as needed to operate, secure, or discontinue the Service. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, and 9) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
